Weather Situation : A high pressure centre lies near the South Australian coast today, directing a cold southwesterly airstream over the state. The high is expected to move to the north of Tasmania later Monday, extending a ridge over the state as it passes. A cold front approaches from the west on Tuesday and is expected to cross later in the day with a westerly airstream to follow. The airstream then tends northwesterly early Thursday as a more significant cold front approaches from the west, crossing later in the day. A cold and gusty southwesterly stream will then follow.Issued : 4:00 am EST on Monday 13 April 2026.  |  Next Issue : 10:00 am EST Monday.
