Weather Situation : A west to northwesterly flow results over Tasmania in the wake of a cold front. A ridge of high pressure will move over the southeastern mainland on Thursday, directing a northwest to northerly flow over Tasmania as it moves into the Tasman Sea on Friday. Another cold front is forecast to cross Tasmania on Saturday.
